Duties
- Your responsibilities will involve meeting and greeting of customers, carrying out identification checks.
- Controlling of entry and exit points, occupancy capacity monitoring and logging. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with difficult conflict situations, escorting customers off the premises in a safe controlled manner.
- Maintaining health and safety at the venue and promoting a positive experience to all our customers.
- Provide customer service to all patrons
- Working closely with security personnel to address any incidents that may arise
- Strong communication skills are vital as you will be required to convey club policies clearly and respectfully, handle inquiries from guests, and collaborate with staff members to uphold the club’s standards.
