We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Resident Care Coordinator
Resident Care Coordinator Responsibilities include :
Supervise, develop, and schedule all resident care department staff providing day to day care of the residents according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards.
Ensures proper orientation training of new / existing resident care department staff and ensure that completed documentation is reflective of this.
Serves as a team member in recruiting, screening, and interviewing of all resident care department staff.
Responsible for appropriate staffing levels needed to meet the needs of the facility and state guidelines, to including filling in for staff during unexpected shortages.
Administer medications as allowed per state specific and PSL guidelines when required.
Resident Care Coordinator Education & Experience :
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree with major course work in human services and one year of full-time work experience in a related field or
Associates degree with major course work in human services and three years of full-time work experience in a related field or
High school diploma or equivalency plus 5 years related experience required.
Experience and knowledge in all aspects of senior living, preferred.
