We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Resident Medication Assistant

This is a great opportunity for nursing students!

Schedule :

Full Time 3pm - 11pm, with every other weekend
Full Time 11pm - 7am, with every other weekend
Part Time 7am - 3pm, with every other weekend

Salary : $16.50 - $18.00 / hour - based on experience

Will start out as a Resident Care Aide and transition to Resident Medication Aide, if qualified

Shift Differential available for evenings, nights and weekends

Resident Medication Aide Responsibilities include :

Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed

Assist in monitoring the medication program

Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents

Resident Medication Assistant Education & Experience :

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Two (2) years of resident care experience and / or training required

Successfully complete all training as required by state regulations
