What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building and Grounds Supervisor position at Peregrine Senior Living?
We are currently seeking a dedicated Building and Grounds Supervisor
Schedule : Part Time (10-20 hours per week, depending on community needs)
Salary : $19.00 - $23.00 per hour - based on experience
Building and Grounds Supervisor Responsibilities include :
- Supervise, develop, and coordinate housekeeping according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
- Assist in the development of the annual maintenance operating budget including capital expenditures
- Operate the maintenance department within budget and according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate housekeeping and maintenance supplies (paper products, cleaning products, linens, etc.)
- Communicate and negotiate professionally with external maintenance vendors and suppliers as needed and obtain company approval
