Salary : $60,410 - $61,500 / annually - based on experience

- Supervise, develop, and schedule all resident care staff in memory care according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards
- Perform evaluations and reevaluations to determine appropriate residency, resident needs, and then assist in establishing appropriate service plans for memory care
- Orient and assist all residents in adjusting to life in the community in memory care
- Act as a liaison for all aspects related to resident care in memory care within the community
- Responsible for all documentation completed by resident care department staff in memory care, including 24-hour logs, care task charting, toileting schedules, and all other documentation
- On-call coverage as needed
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification, preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and experience in related field, required
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly, required
