We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate Activity Assistant / Driver .
Activity Assistant / Driver Responsibilities include :
May drive company vehicle from community to social and other various destinations
Leads assigned activity programs
Engages and motivates residents resulting in program participation
Assists in planning parties and activities as well as decorating the community according to the season and / or holiday throughout the year as well as planning monthly birthday parties to honor residents
Ensure that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual’s needs and rights.
Activity Assistant / Driver Education & Experience :
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Associate degree in recreation or related field preferred or 3-5 years’ full-time experience working with adult recreation
Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
