Peregrine Team is hiring for Field Supervisors in Elmsford, NY. This position is a full-time, contract-to-hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.
$21 - $24/hour
We are seeking Field Supervisors to join our team and help raise operational standards. This is a working supervisor position that requires hands-on involvement and leadership on-site. Must have a go-getter personality and the ability to lead by example.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and work alongside field teams to meet project requirements
- Drive company vehicles to different project sites
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
- Manage and adjust work schedules according to project needs
- Assist in training and developing staff members
- Provide daily progress reports to management
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license – Required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
- Open availability for varying shifts (primarily between 7 AM – 5 PM)
- Must be willing to work occasional early mornings, overnights, and graveyard shifts (.50 cents pay differential)
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
