About the Role The Executive of Revenue Cycle will be responsible for overseeing Epic revenue cycle operations , optimizing billing and collections , and implementing strategies to maximize reimbursement and cash flow . The role requires a leader with a proven track record in revenue cycle performance, compliance, and operational improvements . Key Responsibilities Oversee Epic revenue cycle operations , ensuring efficiency and compliance Develop and implement strategies to maximize reimbursement and increase cash flow Lead billing, collections, and denial management initiatives Optimize Epic system functionality to enhance revenue cycle performance Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medi-Cal, and third-party payer regulations Analyze revenue cycle data to identify areas for improvement Enhance patient financial services and overall revenue cycle performance Manage and mentor revenue cycle staff to improve team efficiency Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) 6 years of experience in revenue cycle and / or billing operations Strong knowledge of Epic revenue cycle management Familiarity with Medi-Cal, Medicare, and state / federal payer programs Proven ability to lead, develop talent, and drive operational improvements Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, onsite role in Orange County, CA This role offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a prestigious healthcare facility .
