About us:
Perennial provides consulting and event services to over eight different clients' in diverse industries such as nonprofits, telecommunications and government programs.
We are looking for an Entry Level Customer Service to be part of our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service, you will answer customer calls and emails daily and help resolve any questions or issues in a professional, expeditious manner while maintaining a positive, courteous approach to internal and external customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $850- $1200 per week
Responsibilities
- Providing introductory information to new customers
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
- Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
- Escalating queries and concerns
Required Experience:
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to line up and organize workflow.
