I have a full time opportunity for a Adobe CRM Development Manager to join one of our top tier investment firms in Seattle Washington. Adobe experience is a must, .NET and React also. This role will report in on the IT side of the house with a dotted line to marketing. Having integration experience with Adobe tools would be super beneficial.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies to support evolving marketing needs.
- Lead the development and customization of marketing platforms using .NET and React technologies.
- Ensure seamless integration of Adobe tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign) with other platforms.
- Manage APIs and third-party integrations to create a unified marketing ecosystem.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of marketing technology projects, from requirements gathering to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product teams, to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Leverage Adobe Analytics and other tools to capture, analyze, and report on customer interactions and campaign performance.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making by enabling insights through integrated analytics platforms.
- Guide a team of developers, marketers, and analysts to deliver high-quality marketing technology solutions.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for development, deployment, and maintenance of marketing technology systems.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies in all marketing technology activities.
- Monitor the performance of marketing technologies and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to marketing teams on using marketing technology tools effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Solid experience in marketing technology management or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with .NET, React, and Adobe tools stack (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign).
- Strong proficiency in .NET and React development frameworks.
- Expertise in managing and integrating Adobe tools stack within a marketing environment.
- Experience with APIs, web services, and third-party tool integrations.
- Backend Technologies: ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ.
- Frontend Technologies: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Integration: Proficiency with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and middleware for system interoperability.
