Director of Enterprise Solutions-Salesforce/NetSuite

The Director of Enterprise Solutions will serve as key partner to the VP of IT and be a technical resource and manager for all enterprise applications and software systems utilized by the company, including Salesforce CRM, NetSuite, data warehouse platforms and data management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build out and manage a team of high-performing product owners, business analysts, data professionals and support personnel, including hiring, mentoring, assigning tasks/projects and performance reviews.

· Research, develop project plans and present recommendations to senior management for upgrades, solutions implementations, and integrations of solutions, software and systems.

· Prepare and manage department budgets and project plans.

· Meet regularly with leaders from sales, Operations and Finance to stay updated on business challenges and opportunities, ensuring the Tech Ream’s priorities are correctly aligned to support the business.

· Maintain awareness of the product roadmaps of all major software platforms in the portfolio, identify opportunities or risks proactively and advise VP of IT on any decisions to be made.

· Maintain working knowledge of software licensing agreements. Develop and maintain working relationships with vendor contacts and hold them accountable for contracted commitments and service levels.

· Work with the team of Enterprise Solutions SME’s to develop, maintain and publish backlogs and roadmaps for each major software platform in the portfolio. Develop effective strategies to inform end users about updates.

· Work with Enterprise Solution SME’s, Cybersecurity team and software vendors to ensure all cybersecurity best practices are being followed.

· Work closely with the Data Management lead to ensure and enforce Data Governance and MDM principles.

· Work with Learning and Development to identify, update, publish and create (if needed) training and job aids for all major software applications.

Experience:

· 10 years of experience in enterprise solutions, IT strategy and/or digital transformation

· Proven expertise in cloud-based SaaS applications including ERP, CRM, Finance, Middleware and Data Warehouse.

· Deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts and strategies.

· Strong data management experience, including MDM and Data Governance strategies.

· Experience in a mid-sized or scaling organization with a focus on digital transformation.

· Strong background is enterprise architecture, integration and SaaS application governance.

· Experience leading cross-functional teams and partnering with C-suite executives.

· Experience with Agile methodology for project management and software development.

· Experience developing or maintaining product roadmaps

· Must have expertise with NetSuite, Salesforce CRM and data warehouse platforms, including best practices for implementation, integration and optimization.

· Strong understanding of API management, middleware and data flow orchestration.

· Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), including cloud security and SaaS application governance.

· Knowledge of finance, procurement, sales and customer support workflows.

· Experience with data governance, warehousing, reporting and real-time analytics to enable data-driven decision making.

· Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, vendor evaluation and strategic partnerships to maximize technology investments.

· Ability to understand and advise on technology trends and leverage technology innovations.

· Skilled in navigating enterprise-wide challenges, balancing operational needs with long-term technology goals.

· Ability to clearly articulate a technology roadmap that aligns with company growth strategy.

· Experience translating technical capabilities into business impact, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable value.
