Colorado’s industry leading sprinkler company, is seeking a call center customer service representative to work in our irrigation service division.
This job requires a full-time employee, with seasonal flexibility. We have peak seasons that are more demanding and require extra hours. We are looking for someone who takes their work very seriously and holds themselves to high standards. Needs to work well under pressure and be able to multi-task. Must be organized, detail oriented, and have good customer relation skills. Candidates need to be reliable and flexible. Your goal is to ensure high customer standards with exceptional customer service standards.

HOURS: Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with some Saturdays during peak seasons.
Essential Functions:
- High school graduate, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, including great active listening skills.
- Phone skills are essential.
- Computer skills are necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and be willing to learn.
- Irrigation knowledge is a plus, but if no knowledge, must be willing to learn.
- CRM or Service Titan skills are a plus, but if no knowledge, must be willing to learn.
- Must be able to work independently while acting as a proactive team member.
- Must be able to follow procedures that can fluctuate.
- Ideal candidate would also have Service Titan software experience
