Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Utilize CRM and operating system software to enter data.
- Participate in business development initiatives to expand market reach.
- Achieve individual targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in landscaping, lawn care or pest management industries. Industry specific experience is not required.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively understand customer needs.
- Experience with inbound call taking and building rapport with clients.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Aspire experience preffered

Pay Transparency: Fair and open compensation is valued. This role has a salary range of $50,000-$60,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
