We are a premier landscaping company specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. With a strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator Assistant to support our growing sales team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working closely with sales professionals to drive revenue and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in managing leads, scheduling appointments, and preparing proposals.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate follow-ups with clients and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare presentations, sales reports, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Support the sales process by handling contract paperwork, pricing sheets, and customer documentation.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
• Organize and manage sales meetings, take notes, and distribute action items.
• Assist in maintaining marketing materials and updating sales collateral as needed.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to provide insights and improvement recommendations.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and sales team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
• Experience in a sales support, sales coordinator, or administrative role (preferably in the landscaping, construction, or home improvement industry). This is not a requirement candidates with experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Aspire. Or similar) is a plus.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or estimating software is a bonus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience), with annual performance reviews.
