We're to add to our team of full-stack web engineers with folks who enjoy database design, application logic, and standards-based frontends. What we are looking for :
- Smart
- Eager to join a growing startup
- Good at communicating and collaborating(ready to discuss features, bugs, architecture, etc.)
- Knowledge and interest around Database technologies and "Big Data"
- Language never trumps experience - but if you know Rails, Mongo and Javascript things will go faster
- Experience in advertising is a HUGE plus
