FLAT RATE Position, pay is from $23-$40 per hour (depending on experience), with 10-12 hours turned per 8 hour work day

We are seeking a certified and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team and maintain the highest standards of repair and service.
Job Description:
The Automotive Technician will be responsible for overseeing and completing all mechanical repairs, ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of each project. This role requires knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs and working hands-on with some of the finest vehicles in the world. Extensive knowledge of luxury and exotic car systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance items and repairs on luxury and exotic vehicles including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Ferrari and other high-end brands.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive repair trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with the service advisors and customers about necessary repairs and vehicle conditions.
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Knowledge of diagnostic evaluations is a plus.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair, preferably luxury vehicles BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Range Rover, Jaguar, Maserati
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Certified in luxury car repair, with specific certifications for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Ferrari and other exotic brands is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of diagnostic equipment and repair software is a plus.
- Current ASE Certifications is a plus
