Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and nap times to ensure safety and well-being.
- Engage with children through educational activities that encourage exploration and creativity.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Provide nurturing care to infants, including feeding, diaper changes, and comforting.
- Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
Skills
- Experience in daycare or early childhood education settings is preferred.
