Are you ready to hit the streets, connect with homeowners, & create meaningful conversations? Perfect Choice Exteriors & Bathrooms is seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic Canvass Team. As a Canvasser, you will be the face of our company, engaging door to door with potential customers & sparking their interest in our top-notch home improvement services.
Perfect Choice Exteriors is a family owned company, locally operated out of Central Illinois. We pride our selves in not only the quality of work we provide to our Neighbors but also the outstanding customer service we offer from the beginning to the end. This all starts with you!!!
What You'll Do:
- Door2Door Magic: Wander through targeted neighborhoods, spreading positive vibes & generating new business leads.
- Rapport Building: Bridge gaps, share stories, & create genuine connections with homeowners.
- Contact Collection: Gather contact information like a pro & schedule appointments right at their door with our Sales Professionals. (the more appointments you set that sell, the more $$$ you get!)
What You'll Need:
- Education: High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills & a knack for connecting with people. Carry yourself with confidence, make eye contact, offer a firm handshake. Use open body language, facing the person speaking.
- Wheels: Reliable transportation to the Main Office in Creve Coeur, IL and a clean driving record.
- Tech Savvy: Moderate computer skills(don't worry, we will not ask you to code!)
- People Person: If you are friendly, approachable, like to smile, & love chatting, you're our kind of person!
- Professional Appearance: Wear clean, well-fitting, and appropriate business attire. Maintain good personal grooming habits, including clean hair, teeth, nails, and shoes.
- Compensation: Competitive wages (based on experience) plus unlimited bonus potential with bonus being paid monthly.
- Availability: Monday-Saturday (Weekend are where the magic happens! Don't worry, you have Fridays off!).
- Experience: None required-we value enthusiasm & a can-do attitude.
