Experienced Service Technician
Perfect Choice Exteriors & Bathrooms is dedicated to providing top-quality home improvement solutions for our customers. We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated Service Technician to join our growing team.
As a Service Technician, you will be charged with providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various home improvement products and systems, ensuring that each job is completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair home improvement products such as windows, doors, siding, roofing, and bathroom repairs as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with homeowners and addressing any concerns or questions
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure all work is completed in a safe, efficient, and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service logs and inventory
- Uphold company standards for quality and safety
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in the home improvement or construction industry (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of home improvement systems and products
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and own your own tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work
- Basic Computer Skills a must.
- Must be willing to do service calls in Illinois, Missouri, Quad Cities

Pay: $23.43 - $31.25 per hour
