We are seeking an experienced scheduling assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Scheduler will be responsible for maintaining schedules, coordinating with Subcontractors, and ensuring that deadlines are met. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and be able to think quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- maintain schedules for multiple departments and personnel.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage subcontractor time.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy of scheduling information.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide reports on scheduling activities.
- Monitor staff attendance to make adjustment on daily schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in Scheduling.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
- Ability to Multitask.
