What are the responsibilities and job description for the Practice Manager position at Perfect Dental Management LLC?
We are currently looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented Practice Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee all administrative operations in our dental practice.
A candidate who has the ability to multitask effectively, work under pressure, and stay organized. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Duties and responsibilities of the Practice Manager include, but are not limited to :
- Providing oversight and direction to the team to ensure the consistent delivery of adequate customer service;
- Participating in the interview process of all potential staff and providing support in the orientation and training of new team members;
- Collaborating with the Regional Practice Manager, and Director of Operations to ensure consistent and efficient operation of the office including staffing, training, and scheduling;
- Leading, inspiring, and motivating others to perform and develop in their respective duties;
- Manage and direct staff assignments and activities, in accordance with office policy and applicable laws;
- Participate in marketing goals and objectives;
- Oversee patient relationships and manage patient complaints;
- Coordinate monthly staff meetings
- Engage in conflict resolution and conduct disciplinary action when necessary;
- Ensure compliance of all office staff to HIPAA regulations relating to patient records and privacy as well as state and federal regulations governing clinical practice;
