The Hotel Operations team member oversees and coordinates all aspects of hotel accommodations for players, coaches, and parents attending Perfect Game events. This position ensures that all logistical arrangements related to lodging, meet the organization's standards and follow Perfect Game's Stay-to-Play guidelines.

- Oversee the booking process for all hotel stays, ensuring the team's needs are met (e.g., group bookings, special room requests, length of stay)
- Create reach-out campaigns based on regional tournaments to assist customers in the hotel room-blocking process
- Communicate with coaches and parents via phone and email to assist with hotel reservations
- Work closely with Perfect Game Hotel Ops team and EventConnect for cohesiveness
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Familiarity with Perfect Game's events and tournaments is a plus, but not required
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of intercating with coaches and parents in a professional manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
