Perfect Game USA, the premier provider of amateur baseball and softball events, is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Livestream Operations & Administrative Support Internship. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality streaming experience for our events. Your tasks will include monitoring stream performance, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer support to enhance the overall experience for event directors and participants.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report the performance of streams to event directors across the country.
- Oversee the customer experience of active streams, ensuring it meets quality standards and customer expectations.
- Resolve customer-generated tickets related to streaming issues.
- Address general questions from internal staff and customers, providing accurate information.
- Send out proper communication regarding status of streams when necessary
- Serve as the liaison between directors and external partners when issue arise
Minimum Qualifications:
- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of baseball or softball.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Experience working in a team-oriented setting.
- Ability to work weekends.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving abilities is a plus
- Technical proficiency Microsoft Office 365 is a plus
- Internship or work experience in sports-related fields plus
Interview Process:
- Behavioral Screening Session: Candidates will be asked to record themselves using Willo (a one-way video interview platform), responding to specific questions selected by the hiring team.
- Interview: If successful in the pre-screening, candidates will have a follow-up interview with one of the managers of the Stream Operations team.
- Final Decision: After the second interview, a decision will be made, and candidates will be notified of the outcome.
Perfect Game Offers:
- $500 Per Week
- Internship credit if applicable.
