Duties

• Help implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for all children..
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Collaborate with lead teacher to support each child's individual needs.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development.

Skills

• Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
• Experience working with children with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Proficient in classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Background in preschool education or nannying is beneficial.
• Ability to provide infant care and support for younger age groups.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience in caregiving or babysitting is an asset.
• A passion for working with students and fostering their growth through engaging activities.
