Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the crew, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage shift schedules and delegate tasks effectively among team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
• Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the many areas of the Company.
• Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a cleaning environment is preferred.
• Strong skills in shift management and administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with stock management processes and inventory control systems.
• Excellent communication with the ability to drive performance through effective team leadership.
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
