Timberline Mountain
We encourage anyone with a friendly, outgoing personality to consider working in the Ticket & Information Office! Ticket & Information Office team members work directly with our guests, selling lift tickets, rentals, season passes, and providing resort information.
Ticket & Information Office employees are among the first at the ski area to greet our guests and provide a positive impression. They possess a helpful, enthusiastic personality and the ability to accurately account for their financial exchanges. The Timberline Mountain staff works as a team, and may assist other departments as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and supervisors. Provide information to guests in person and while assisting with phone calls.
- Professionalism: Behave professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure that guests enjoy their experience. Ticket & Information Office team members are in constant communication with our guests and must be friendly when assisting them, while being an ambassador for Timberline Mountain.
- Problem Solve: Solve problems effectively and efficiently, especially during busy shifts.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 14 years old by 11/1/2024 to apply.
- All employees age 18 will complete a background check upon hire.
Pay Rate:
- $14 per hour
- Employees receive a pay raise with each year of experience working at Timberline Mountain (up to $2.00 total).
The Ticket & Information Office is looking to hire approximately 10 new employees.
