We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Controller to fill a “key leadership position”, report directly to the CEO and CFO, supporting our 3 unique hospitality and entertainment entities, which include:

· Perfect Parties USA, LLC

· Artificial Ice Events, LLC

· Oceanview of Nahant

The Work…

Our new Controller will be challenged to expertly handle:

· Financial Management and Reporting

Cash, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable

Periodic, Ad Hoc Reporting, Dashboard Development

· Implement Financial Controls, Policies & Procedures

· Tax Reporting and Oversight

State Sales Tax, Payroll, Corp Excise, 1099s, Tax Notices

· Collaboration with Outside Tax Accounting Firm

· 401k Oversight/Reporting/Compliance

· IT System Oversight

· Company Financial and Legal Obligations Oversight

· Facilities Management

· Financing Opportunities/Obligations

· HR Oversight

· Development and Supervision of Finance Team

· Recommend and Initiate improvements allowing for scale and growth opportunities

Qualifications:

· BS in Accounting or Finance or Business

· 7 or more years of progressive accounting experience public or private

· Prior accounting oversight required

· Financial Statement Reporting and Analysis Experience Required

· Skillful data analysis, critical thinking, and strong financial acumen

· Results-oriented strategic thinker

· Commitment to integrity, excellence, and the highest standards of ethics

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

· Accounting Software Experience (QuickBooks Online a plus)
