Position Title: Collections Clerk
Starting compensation: $21 per hourCompany Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining credit history files.
- Documenting daily collections activities.
- Maximizing cash receipts.
- Contacting customers regarding overdue accounts.
- Overseeing customer payments.
- Collect and process payments daily.
- Service customers and drivers.
- Invoicing, filing, Counter transactions.
- Back-order transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive customer and financial information.
- Strong data entry skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus but not required.
- Ability to work on-site at the New Jersey location.
