Our company is seeking a Shipping Center Supervisor that will be responsible for overseeing the night shift operations (4 : 30a shift start time). The role will require management efforts to ensure on-time execution, fleet maintenance and communications with driving team and other departments as needed.

Responsibiities :

• Lead a team of 15 drivers through any challenges that occur on shift.
• Supervise all aspects of the fleet, including driver, fleet and compliance management.
• Liaison with operations team to ensure fleet meets operations KPIs
• Maintains strict compliance with DOT and FMCSA rules and regulations
• Verify and maintain HOS and DVIR program for the fleet.
• Communicates with management on service or performance issues.
• Responsible for timecards, vacation approvals, and conducting performance reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Compensation : Salary rate ranging from $54,000-$60,000, based on experience
