The Customer Service Representative is a full-time position with Perfect Plants Nursery. We are a fast-paced, rapidly growing, e-commerce company dedicated to quality plants and products. Our team is searching for an individual who is personable, friendly, able to multitask, and wants to help people! This position will include direct Customer Service duties through email, live chat, phone, etc, as well as managing all the Customer Experience initiatives, sometimes spanning multiple departments.
This is a temporary position with seasonal dates from 3/15/25-6/15/25.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring a top-notch customer experience for all customers
- Assisting customers through email, phone, and live chat
- Assist customers with orders over the phone, invoicing, and other modifications
- Assist customers with sales for plant and product selection
- Promptly responding to customers inquiries via email and/or live chat
- Communicate professionally with external vendor associates
- Respond to customer reviews on all platforms
Qualifications:
- 1-year of office or customer service experience preferred
- Passionate about all things plants
- Enjoy working in an office surrounded by 50 acres of plants & trees!
- Fantastic communications skills
- Fast-paced worker who is self-motivated and ambitious to help others
- Skilled in English, writing, and grammar
- Organization and close attention to detail
- Knowledge of GMAIL, Word, Excel, Spreadsheets, and other office applications
- Patient and always polite!
- Knowledge of plants or nurseries preferred
- Completion of high school diploma or GED with applicable experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18 per hour depending on experience with the ability to increase
Location is in Lloyd, FL which is a 20-30 minute drive from Tallahassee. Employees must commute to work here every day.
