What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Technician position at Perfect Plumbing, Heating & Air?
Perfect is a residential service company specializing in Plumbing, Heating & Air and has been in business for over 40 years. We are looking to bring on a HVAC technician into our HVAC Service Department. We are looking for full-time members to be on our team. No experience required, but experience provides for higher pay and leadership opportunities. We will train you on the job with paid training included. Full time year round work, and we do not lay off or furlough. This is a professional business. Day time schedules consist of Monday through Friday, and on call, and we are closed on Sunday.
Typical work week with possible on call shifts (give or take with drive time), and overtime pay available. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included.
As a HVAC Technician you will provide air conditioner and furnace maintenance services to improve the customer’s comfort and/or safety of their home.
Starting Pay: $18-$22 depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to pass and maintain a clean background check and drug test
- Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
