Overview
The Operations General Manager is responsible for their location's job fulfillment, location safety, time and attendance, and technician development and hiring. Additionally, the position is responsible for assisting the Vice President with development, analyses, and implementation of policies while maintaining scorecard metrics.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Must be competitive and driven by daily, weekly, and monthly goals while staying motivated to meet work objectives within policy and acceptable standards.
- Identify department needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Adhere to Perfect Power Wash Core Values.
- Must be available to work assigned shifts as per guidelines; this may include weekends, evenings, or both.
- Monitor and track KPIs.
- Use reporting and alerts to monitor driving behavior and inefficiencies in GPS software.
- Oversee all job fulfillments.
- Maintain employee and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure location safety.
- Manage time and attendance.
- Lead technician development and hiring.
- Oversee recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of technicians.
- Maintain building, truck, and equipment maintenance.
- Adhere to Operations Scorecard.
