Sales Associate - Financial ServicesOur Company : Our company is an independent investment advisory firm founded in 2017. Our team leverages 35 years of experience to provide clients with a deeper level of advisory insight with research, security analysis, portfolio management and wealth management strategies.We serve a varied group of clients around the country that include business leaders, executives and high net worth investors. Our clients typically have a net worth of over $2 million.We are looking to grow our team with the addition of a skilled and dynamic sales specialist whose focus will be on business development. Responsibilities include :
- Develops new business relationships o Contacts prospective clients to gain an understanding of the client's financial goals o Presents information and explains available financial serviceso Builds and maintain lasting relationships with clients to meet their needs
- Generates leads for prospective clientso Sources from current customers, referral leads, marketing activities, networking opportunities, social media, etc.o Conducts cold outreach through phone calls, email, and social media strategieso Networks in the community on behalf of the firm
- Assists with operational support as neededo Gathers and updates client contact information in databaseo Completes paperwork to open new accountso Manages documentation and database informationQualifications :
- Prefer Series 7, not required.
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
- Integrity, focus, self-starter, outgoing, openness to new skills and ways of thinking to stay competitive.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Desire to work with a Team, share a vision for our culture and common goals.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook.
