Role Overview
The Production Coordinator is a key back-office role responsible for coordinating the administrative and logistical side of our siding projects. You’ll assist the Project Management team with everything from ordering materials to preparing job files, scheduling, and customer communication. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming production-related calls and route messages appropriately.
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries with vendors based on scopes of work.
- Create and maintain job documents, including work orders, job packets, and change orders.
- Assist with permit applications and inspection scheduling as needed.
- Coordinate tear-offs and dumpster/trailer logistics.
- Input data into our project management system and maintain job statuses.
- Support Project Managers with scheduling, job setup, and customer communication.
- Track material returns, reorders, and delivery confirmations.
- Monitor job progress and update internal systems and teams accordingly.
- Assist in subcontractor coordination and project documentation review.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, construction coordination, or customer service role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent phone and email communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- Familiarity with the construction or home improvement industry is a plus.
