Well-established General Dentist located in Monaca, PA is looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational skills, strong customer service, and excellent phone etiquette. Dental office experience is preferred.
As a Scheduling Coordinator, your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Schedule appointments
- Verify insurance
- Collect payments
- Assisting patients with questions and concerns
- Delivering topnotch patient care

Compensation is competitive based on experience!
This is a full-time, Monday through Thursday schedule, with some exceptions.
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday
- No nights
- No weekends
Qualifications:
- Dental office experience is preferred
- Previous work as dental receptionist is a plus
- Open Dental experience is a plus
