Front Desk Agent – Veneer Sales Specialist

Job Description: As a Front Desk Agent at our dental clinic, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our veneer business by actively selling our services to potential patients. You’ll work closely with our team to provide information, answer questions, and ultimately encourage new patients to choose our clinic for their cosmetic dental needs. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this sales-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Veneer Treatments: Proactively engage with potential and existing patients to sell our high-quality veneer services, helping them understand the benefits and process.

• Consultative Sales Approach: Understand patient needs and offer tailored solutions that best fit their smile goals, promoting our veneer treatments and related services.

• Follow-Up Sales: Contact leads who have shown interest in veneers, answer their questions, and close sales through persuasive communication.

• Appointment Scheduling: Manage inbound inquiries and efficiently schedule consultations for patients interested in veneer treatments.

• Build Relationships: Establish strong relationships with patients to increase repeat business, referrals, and overall patient satisfaction.

• Track and Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for veneer treatments and other cosmetic services.

• Provide Exceptional Service: Ensure that every patient experience is positive, maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer care throughout the sales process.

• Assist in Promotions and Offers: Stay informed about current promotions and be proactive in communicating these to potential patients to boost sales.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and sales skills.

• Ability to engage patients and build rapport quickly.

• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate patient records.

• No prior dental or sales experience required – comprehensive training on products and services will be provided.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
