Perfect Steel Solutions is a metal roofing company looking to equip those who are willing to learn to become successful in life and our company, You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for our factory and gutter and window installation, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. The position will ensure a high level of professionalism and foster positive relationships with employees as well as customers.
You will be coordinating different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross team learning and opportunities. Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue. Inspire and motivate employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives.
