Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Leadership:
- Oversee the outpatient telemedicine program, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations specific to Texas.
- Provide leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement in patient care.
2. Telemedicine Services:
- Develop and implement telemedicine protocols and best practices for addiction treatment.
- Conduct virtual consultations, assessments, and follow-ups for patients seeking addiction treatment.
- Utilize telehealth technologies to enhance patient engagement and accessibility.
3. Patient Care:
- Diagnose and treat patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding addiction and recovery.
4. Quality Improvement:
- Analyze clinical outcomes and patient feedback to improve service delivery.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and contribute to program evaluations.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in telemedicine and addiction treatment.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders to coordinate care.

6. Training and Development:

Qualifications:
- Must be Medicare & Medicaid Approved
- Education:
- MD, DO, or NP with specialization in psychiatry, addiction medicine, or a related field.
- Board certification in addiction medicine preferred.
- Experience:
