Program Manager – Direct Hire – San Rafael - $80k
San Rafael based non profit is looking for a Program Manager with experience coordinating complex need clients, to lead a dynamic team of Case Managers. You will develop and maintain relationships with community partners, providing access to a variety of essential services. Starting Annual Salary is $80,000 with an excellent employee benefits package
The Program Manager will….
- Partner with Lead Case Manager to build, train and cultivate an effective Case Manager team
- Support the team’s development of comprehensive client care plans
- Guide the team’s efforts to conduct outreach, mental health assessments, eligibility screening Ensure grant deliverables/goals are being met; grant reports are submitted
- Oversee daily team functions with support of WPC Lead Case Manager
- Maintain, strengthen existing partnerships with community advocates
- Supervise Lead Case Manager, Admin Assistant, and other Case Managers
- Attend community partner meetings
The Program Manager has….
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (earn clinical license hours!)
- Experience coordinating grant-funded programs
- Understanding of health care systems and the needs of individuals with complex medical/behavioral health conditions
- Demonstrated experience implementing housing/home visit programs guided by the principles of Housing First and Harm Reduction
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to encourage staff
- Knowledge of Social Services agencies within Marin County
- Class-C drivers’ license
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
