Position Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee the efficient operation of the Day Support Program, Home Health Care Program, Residential Program, and Transportation Program. This role includes managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations, and stepping in to fill staffing gaps when necessary, including driving for the transportation program. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure efficient day-to-day operations of all programs (Day Support, Home Health Care, Residential, and Transportation).
- Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor program budgets and collaborate with the leadership team to ensure fiscal accountability.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to maintain high-quality program delivery.
- Develop staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels across all programs.
- Provide leadership and support to staff, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Fill in for staff who are absent or unavailable, including driving for the transportation program as needed.
- Oversee client services and ensure all programs meet the individual needs of participants.
- Regularly review client care plans and ensure staff adherence to program goals.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, families, and stakeholders, addressing concerns and maintaining positive relationships.
- Conduct regular program audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality across all programs.
Education and Experience
- Associates degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in healthcare, residential services, or a similar Medicaid related field.
- Experience managing teams in a multi-program environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.51 - $21.05 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
