We’re looking for motivated, results-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help us expand our customer base and grow our business.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Door-to-Door Sales Representative to actively generate leads and close sales for our exterior cleaning services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, enjoy meeting new people, and be comfortable with face-to-face sales interactions. You will be responsible for knocking on doors in assigned neighborhoods, introducing our services, generating interest, providing quotes, and securing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Knock on doors in residential or commercial areas to introduce our exterior cleaning services and generate new leads.
• Consultative Selling: Assess customer needs, explain service offerings, and provide accurate pricing information for services like pressure washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning.
• Close Sales: Secure deals with homeowners and businesses by presenting our services in a persuasive, customer-friendly manner.
• Follow-Up: Maintain a list of leads and follow up with interested prospects, providing additional information or addressing any concerns.
• Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns before, during, and after the sale.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of leads, quotes, and sales, ensuring all necessary information is logged for the sales team and customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in door-to-door or field sales (experience in home services or exterior cleaning is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned areas.

Compensation:

• Base Pay: Hourly and Commissions
• Bonuses: Commission-based compensation for each sale closed, with additional performance bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales goals.
