Job Description
**SIGN ON BONUS** PerfecTemp Refrigeration has IMMEDIATE openings for Service Technician's in the Allentown, Harrisburg, and Philadelphia areas. Seeking both reliable, experienced, EPA Certified Technicians specializing in Supermarket Refrigeration.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair HVACR Equipment
- Refrigerant leak checking cases/racks, repairing leaks
- Check temperatures and make adjustments
- Check and change filters
- Check racks and condensers for proper operations
- Wash condensing units and coils
- Clean and replace screens
- Check all electrical wiring
- Compressor start-up and pump down
- De-icing cases and washing evaporators
- Replacement of valves, fan blades, damaged drain pans, motors
- Wire stripping
- Metal cutting and drilling
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more
- Complete all field work for grocery stores
- Able to work independently after training
- Professional attitude
- Professional driving conduct
- Able to follow instructions
- Annual evaporator and condenser coil washing
- Replacement of fan motors
- General mechanical and electrical repairs
- Quarterly preventative maintenance visits
- Assist with coworkers as needed with other tasks
- Maintain a clean and stocked company vehicle
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- EPA Certification
- 1 year HVAC/R Experience
- Clean Driving Record
- Hand Tools
- Professional and Reliable Attitude
- Pass Pre-Employment Physical & Drug Test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
