PURPOSE (why this job exists):
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will spend a large majority of time walking, standing and using hands to push/pull. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee is required to lift and /or move up to 20 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally with two-person lift. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee may be exposed to hot or cold temperatures, outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The employee may be exposed to high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

PURPOSE (why this job exists):
- Offload inbound inventory, in a safe and efficient timeframe
- Stock product to proper inventory location, following stated processes.
- Maintain inventory in proper locations, pallets are organized, and stored
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues to Manager or Team Lead
- Consolidate inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness of inventory in locations, i.e., discard broken, unstable
- Transport materials, parts, supplies and equipment as well as packing and shipping product throughout the department via order picker, forklift or pallet jack.
- Ensure supplies, boxes, bubble wrap, tape, etc., are in stock, inform manager to reorder levels.
- Provide training/cross- training in equipment and process operations as needed.
- May act as the “go to” person when assistance with procedures, equipment, or information is need.
- Review processes for improvement, assist with implementation and maintain as directed by the department manager.
- Consolidate inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness of inventory in locations, i.e., discard broken, unstable pallets, monitor area for waste/trash.
- Oversee compliance of practices and maintain an orderly and safe warehouse and shipping area.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship and open lines of communication with all departments to ensure Department, Company, and Customer goals are achieved.

- Willingness to learn & adapt
- Strong math, reading and writing skills
- Computer proficient and able to use company ERP systems
- Forklift certification
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time
- Physical ability to lift 20 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally with two-person lift.
- 2-5 years of warehouse experience
