Perfection Commercial Services has been in business since 1991, and we are looking for a professional and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and expanding commercial cleaning team as a Lead Custodian in the Kalamazoo area.
Our Leads are responsible for coverage and detail work when needed of their assigned building(s).

Schedule:
- Schedules include Sunday - Thursday or Monday - Friday typical shift would be 6pm - 2am; some weekend special event coverage may be necessary.
Essential Functions:
- Wears all necessary personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety regulations based on client recommendations.
- Has working knowledge in all major areas of custodial maintenance, including restroom sanitation, office cleaning.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
