We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Home Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate is an expert in their field and is capable of truly understanding the needs of customers. This position involves inspecting a wide range of residential properties. the successful candidates will be able to evaluate the condition of each property and ensure that issues are properly articulated in the onsite report. We are looking for individuals with a background in providing home inspections, who will also be able to create accurate reports on an iPad based on the inspection.

- Inspections.
- Documentation of findings.
- Interpreting codes and regulations.
- Home construction.
- Home remodeling.
- Health and safety risks.
- House wiring.
- Exhaust systems.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
