Welding Experience a Plus

BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN IS REQUIRED.

Possess a strong work ethic, commitment to excellence and safety.

Ability to interact with public, supervisors, and co-workers professionally at all times.

Assist as required in all manual labor aspects of the warehouse.

Withstand prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, 50 to 90 lbs.); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling.

Keep worksite clean, organized, and free from unnecessary hazards.

Performing regular maintenance and cleaning of assigned vehicles and equipment.

Ability to speak and understand instructions.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Safely use, maintain and store all tools and material used in the course of work.

Assist hose technicians with the making of hoses. Tasks include but are not limited to; retrieving material, hose measurements, and cutting hose.

Drive company vehicle to make customer deliveries and stock pick-ups, obeying traffic laws and safety procedures.

Required to be able to safely operate a forklift, pallet jack and/or warehouse machinery.

Other duties as assigned, to include general labor duties.

Summary

As a Laborer, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing team, contributing to the assembly line and ensuring efficient production processes. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your core skills in factory operations and mechanical knowledge will be vital in maintaining high-quality standards. You will also utilize your premium for material handling, while your relevant experience with hand and power tools will enhance your effectiveness in the role.
