Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team for various events. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that events run smoothly and guests have a memorable experience. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including seating arrangements and decorations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Assist in making sure guest are not recording event or talking loudly.
- Support conflict management by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with event management teams to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
- Engage in public speaking as needed to communicate important information to guests.
- Greet guest as they enter the facility/Help guest find seating when and if needed
- Scan tickets to ensure guest have accurate tickets
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality settings.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Background in events management or theater is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.

Pay: $17.50 per hour
