Experience
- Previous experience in a packing or manufacturing role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good physical stamina, as the role may require standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Basic understanding of quality control processes is a plus.
