OVERVIEW

We’re currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Financial Reporting Analyst to join our growing team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Financial Reporting Analyst, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Department Managers in providing financial leadership, management, coordination, training, and oversight for all areas of Budget Performance, Analysis, Planning, and Reporting. Additionally, the Financial Reporting Analyst will lead financial reporting on current Sales forecast, short- and long-term business plans, Trade spend and accrual reporting, and Marketing spend reporting. Core responsibilities for this role include:
- Report financial results on monthly basis to deliver short- and long-term goals. Manage complexity of multiple systems across planning processes to aligned goals.
- Create and manage financial reporting with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance. Collaborate with IT on building new tools and multi-functional training.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in finance management and lead efforts to drive further governance.
- Create presentations to leadership team and global organization on financial results. Ensure GPM reporting is submitted in timely and accurate manner.
- Lead SAP upgrade reporting implementation in near future.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a Business/Finance discipline.
- 5 years of Finance experience. Manufacturing and/or CPG experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SAP.
- Accounting background preferred. General knowledge of Debits and Credits.
- Demonstrated expertise in predicative modeling of sales and profit performance to provide management and brand team insights.
- Experience with volume and sales forecasting, forecast management and presentation of analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong process orientation and focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal and presentation – with the ability to discuss business issues and action plans in a simple, easy to understand manner.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
