Starting Pay: $ 27.50
Hours: 6:00am-6:30pm
12 Hour Continental – Rotating schedule for entire year - Work HALF the YEAR!
Sun Mon Tues Wed Thurs Fri Sat

What You Will Do
Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Level 4 Production Lead oversees the operation of production lines to ensure timely and efficient production of high-quality products. Holds personnel accountable for performance, and actively coaches and develops people, up to and including disciplinary actions. Organizes and conducts on-the-job and formal training program for production hourly employees. Keeps supervisor informed of work activities and any employee issues or concerns.

What You Will Do

What We Need From You
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem analysis skills
- Forklift certification
- Ability to work in all functional areas
- Trained in lock-out/tag-out procedures and hazard communications.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Knowledge of GMPS, FDA, and OSHA regulations.
- Must be able to wear hearing protection in designated areas.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and taste or smell.
- The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must have the ability to push and pull batches of candy weighing up to 350 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between facilities preferred.
